There is no charge to submit the review form or for the initial assessment of whether the matter fits our scope.
FEE STRUCTURE
No upfront payment. A 2.5% success-based fee.
The initial review is free. Where we accept an engagement, the success fee is 2.5% of funds successfully recovered and cleared, subject to written case terms agreed before work begins.
2.5% on successful recovery
The success-based fee is calculated as 2.5% of funds actually returned and cleared as a result of the agreed engagement. The calculation basis and payment timing are confirmed in writing.
No recovery, no success fee
If no funds are successfully recovered under the engagement, the 2.5% success fee is not charged.
No upfront consultancy payment
We do not require the success fee in advance. Be cautious of anyone demanding taxes, unlocking charges, insurance, or release payments as a condition for returning funds.
Third-party costs
A bank, payment provider, lawyer, specialist, or official process may have separate charges outside our success fee. No such cost is included or incurred on your behalf unless it is disclosed and agreed in writing first.
